ABOUT ANDY

Andy Masters has written 3 books, earned 4 degrees, and has spoken to thousands of high school, college, and corporate audience members. Andy took full advantage of his college experience throughout undergraduate school. He served as Student Government Association President at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and was honored as “Greek Man of the Year,” representing Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. Andy later achieved Distinguished Graduate honors at Webster University, attending evening graduate school while engineering his daytime career.

Andy has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management across several industries, and is now President of Masters Performance Improvement (MPI). MPI helps people and organizations become better at what they do. Andy is a proud member of the National Speakers Association (NSA),the Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities (APCA), and the Association of Fraternity Advisors (AFA).
